Premier Delivery Service

Please take note of the leading delivery times If you wish to place an order.

Once the order is ready to ship we will contact you to arrange delivery.  Our Premier Delivery Service consists of a dedicated, highly trained delivery team that will bring your new furniture home to you on a day of your choice, even on a Saturday.  When it comes to delivery, we've thought of everything:

Protection for your furniture

Your furniture is transported with the utmost care and comes in protective packaging to keep it in perfect condition.

Expert installation with all packaging removed and recycled

We will unpack and install your furniture exactly where you want it (subject to access), then remove all the packaging for recycling so you don't have to.  (This excludes self-assembly furniture).

Assembly of furniture

Most of our furniture is assembled unless otherwise stated.  Our delivery team will connect feet, legs and assemble bed frames for you.

Wardrobes & Wall Unit Assembly Charges - Our Premier Delivery team can assemble these at an additional charge.  The assembly charge is listed as a separate product below the purchased item.  Please add this item to the shopping basket in addition to the wardrobe or wall system.

Your satisfaction

Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged, complete and without defects. When your delivery is complete, we will ask you to examine the furniture in the presence of our delivery team and sign that you are completely happy.  If you find the furniture to be defective in any way, this should be noted on the delivery documentation, which will be relayed to our Customer Service Department, who will be in contact with you.

Damaged or defective goods can be returned with our delivery crew or one of our very experienced technicians can visit you at a convenient date to carry out an inspection and, if possible, repair the goods or obtain the necessary parts to carry out the repairs (most times this is the most convenient route for our Customers, as they do not have to wait for a redelivery of the goods and you can continue to use them).

If the damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify us by e-mail at within three days of delivery of the goods.

Dansk Home Postal Service

Please take note of the leading delivery times If you wish to place an order.

For your convenience, we can offer delivery using Royal Mail Tracked, Parcel Force UK Mainland or Courier service on selected items, depending on weight and your location; delivery is Monday to Friday.  All items must be signed for.  In the event of any goods damaged in transit, deficient items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you; then such details must be notified to us within seven working days from the day after the delivery day.  If we receive no such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.  We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
