5 Year Premier Care Plan

Our 5-year protection for your furniture and peace of mind for you….

Our Premier Care Protection Plan covers your sofa against accidental structural damage and accidents such as wine spillages, tea disasters, and messy TV dinners (plus a load of other accidental stains, rips, tears, and burns).

Say you accidentally drop your Spaghetti Bolognese all over your beautiful new Dansk sofa. Don’t panic. Our Premier Care Protection will take care of it. Here’s how:

1. In the event of an incident, you must contact our team of friendly experts for instructions before attempting to clean or repair the affected furniture. Call the Customer Service Helpline on 01384 473017 Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. They’ll advise you on the best course of action. They know much about stain removal and sometimes recommend the approved cleaning kit to save you from waiting for a technician.

2. Home visit by a qualified technician. If the stain remover doesn’t work, or if you’ve claimed for accidental damage, they’ll arrange for one of their technicians to pop round and get your sofa sorted.

3. Sofa replacement. If it’s beyond help, they’ll try to replace the damaged part first (or the whole sofa if the part is not available) as quickly as possible. In the event of a replacement, the original lead time is applicable.

What's more...

  • You can claim as many times as you need to over five years (the length of the policy) up to your indemnity value (the price of your furniture) to a maximum of £10,000, including three pet damage claims and one deliberate child damage claim.
  • There is no excess, and you’ll have cover for parts, labour, and replacement items up to the indemnity value of your policy.
  • You only pay a one-off fee, and there are no annual renewal charges.

Just a note:  It’s essential to remember that Premier Care Protection is not a substitute for regular care and cleaning.  To keep your new upholstery looking spick and span, clean your furniture regularly and rotate the cushions where possible.  This will maintain the appearance of your furniture, help its performance and extend its durability.
