1. All finishes are manufactured and not natural timbers. The reproduction of finishes on our website is for guidance only, and our showroom has finish samples for viewing. Please note that shade variations in finish can vary depending on the materials used.

2. Wardrobe back panels are designed to flex to allow for settlement.

3. All sizes are metric in centimetres and have working tolerances of plus or minus 5mm. If applicable, all wardrobe depths include the front pelmet overhang.

4. All wall-mounted accessories are supplied with fittings for solid walls only. Please consult a hardware specialist for fittings for other wall types.

5. Our wardrobes are designed to be mounted on the wall. Wall fixing brackets are supplied for the customer’s use.

6. All optional exterior lights and light pelmets are supplied with a push-button floor switch. If you wish to wall-mount this switch, please consult a qualified electrician.

7. Models with low-voltage halogen lights incorporate a transformer that can make a slight buzzing noise.

8. Handle choices are specific only to the ranges shown and the handle type shown.

9. The facia plinths of all sliding door wardrobe bases are produced in the wardrobe interior finish.

1. Our two-person home delivery and installation service is made via experienced furniture logistics companies highly trained in installing Nolte products. Please advise if they have difficulty accessing or parking at your delivery address. Low bridges, overhanging trees, and parked cars are the most common problems, along with yellow lines or London Red Routes. We cannot accept liability for any indentation or sinking to driveways caused by our vehicles. If you have any doubt about the stability of your driveway, please advise us in writing so clear instructions on not to use your driveway can be given in advance to our installers. Please ensure access to your home is clear and clean.

2. Please check your internal access to the room where the furniture will be sited. Narrow or spiral staircases and lower ceilings may prevent access to large items, vast sliding doors, bed slats, and over bedside tower sections. Please remove any items such as wall mirrors, pictures or lampshades that protrude or may impede access within your home and protect your floor/floor covering, as we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to your possessions during delivery. Ensure young children are away from the working area. For Health and Safety reasons, our installers can only deliver via regular doorways and stairways and cannot remove their footwear.

3. The furniture is freestanding, assembled in your home, and is not fitted furniture. Before delivery, you must remove or re-sit radiators, light switches, power points, etc., and remove all existing furniture to allow a clear working area for our installers.

4. Removal of skirting boards or picture rails, etc., to enable the furniture to be flush with the wall is beneficial, but first, check that the floor and wall form a proper right angle. If they do not, the furniture will not be flush to the wall anyway. If you decide to remove your skirting board before delivery, it is recommended that you remove the entire length and cut/refit around the furniture after delivery. The decision of whether to remove your skirting boards or picture rails is your sole discretion, and we cannot be held responsible.

5. The furniture can be assembled on a bare or covered floor. If on carpet, removing any 'smooth edge' grip rods is recommended as they will affect the levelling of the furniture. There is a minimum of 20mm clearance between the door bottom and carcass bottom on all wardrobes. Please consider this when considering carpet thickness and whether to have carpet under the robes. Thick pile carpets fitted to the wardrobe doors may stop doors from opening, so the wardrobes should stand on the carpet in these circumstances.

6. Uneven floors may cause furniture to be out of alignment, necessitating packing wedges to level the furniture. While reasonable effort is made to level units, this cannot be guaranteed on uneven floors.

7. Where uneven floors may affect the stability of the furniture, our policy is to pack units so that they lean back slightly to the wall.

8. Where floors are highly uneven, it is advisable to have a joiner construct a level platform, as our installers will not assemble units if they consider an uneven floor to make the units unstable. Wall fixing brackets for wardrobes and chests will be left for customers' use; we recommend using these to secure the furniture to the walls.

9. Any furniture that includes electric lighting or power sockets is supplied ready to connect to your mains supply. Our installers are not electricians and cannot undertake electrical work.

10. Delivery planning commences 1-2 weeks in advance on receipt of production schedules from our factory in Germany. You will receive a call from one of our highly trained and experienced furniture logistics partners to arrange the delivery and installation of your new furniture. If you need to postpone the delivery date offered, please note that your delivery has to be re-planned with other customers in your area, and therefore, it may be four to five weeks later. Additional charges will apply for cancellations with less than five working days.

11. All deliveries are made Monday through Friday from depots throughout the UK and Ireland. Accordingly, while there are no set delivery days in any area of the country, geographical restrictions and driving time regulations prevent deliveries from being made in some distant areas on Mondays and Fridays.

12. For guidance, the delivery and assembly time for a 2-metre width wardrobe is about one hour.

13. We reserve the right to charge abortive delivery charges where incorrect or incomplete information has been supplied, wrong items have been ordered, or five working days' notice does not precede delivery postponement. 

14. Defective or missing items are usually replaced within eight working weeks. Our policy is always to replace any item that does not meet our usual manufacturing standards rather than make financial allowances.

15. Upon completing your home installation, you will be asked to inspect and sign our delivery note. Please note that any product and property damage must be reported and noted on the delivery note. Please retain a copy of the delivery note for future reference. Damage claims cannot be accepted once the installation team has left the property.

16. If any service requirement arises after delivery, please get in touch with DANSK, who will submit a report.

1.  Once your furniture, including bedframes, has been assembled, it must be disassembled before moving.

2.  Clean all surfaces, including mirrors, with a slightly damp, cool cloth.  Do not use household cleaners and polishes, including those for mirrors, as some can damage furniture.

3.  Protect surfaces from spillage of drinks, cosmetics, cleaners, etc.  Glass, cut to size, is recommended to protect chest surfaces if such a risk is likely to occur.  Contact DANSK to see if a glass top for your chest can be purchased.

4.  Levelling/Settlement.  Due to the nature of all wardrobes, further levelling may be required after a period of use.  Please do not force uneven doors; this may negate your warranty.  Our installation partners can re-level your units for a nominal charge.  Please get in touch with DANSK for further information.

5.  Individual LEDs cannot be replaced; they are only complete units.
